Enterprise Place

Enterprise Place is a 125,000 square foot office building strategically located at the intersection of I-271 and Chagrin Boulevard. The Building enjoys maximum visibility and recognition not only because of its easily identifiable location, but also because of its unique design. Enterprise Place was designed by the internationally renowned architectural firm of The Architects Collaborative ("TAC") which was founded by Walter Gropius, considered to be the father of American architecture. Floor sizes vary from approximately 20,000 to 28,000 square feet and are based on 30-square foot modular bays. There are a total of thirty-five corners offices, seven per floor. In addition, the Building has ten (10) private, 900 square foot roof-top terraces adjacent to a number of offices. Since purchasing Enterprise Place with Forest City Enterprises in August 1998, Goldberg Companies has made a number of exciting improvements to the Property to position it as a true Class A office building. Already completed is a total redesign of the Building entry which features extensive new plantings, new pavers and an inviting plaza area with seating walls. In addition to the front entry, the Building's lobby has been remodeled to create a richer, warmer atmosphere for tenants and their clients by adding numerous plants, a feature wall of wood panelling, fabric panelling on the remaining walls, and black granite flooring. The focal point of the lobby is a massive 28' abstract painting created by local artist, David Haberman. In addition, Goldberg Companies constructed a parking structure which includes 72 indoor, heated parking spaces available for lease. A handsome building conference is available free for tenant use. The culmination of the Property improvements is the addition of the free-standing, upscale restaurant, P.F. Chang's China Bistro, open for Lunch and Dinner service seven (7) days per week.
